Shipping policy

Delivery is available only within EU countries.

We dispatch orders from Porto, Portugal, via CTT within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. The delivery cost and time are based on CTT rates. Delivery usually takes 2–3 days within Portugal and up to 14 days within the EU.

Please note that we are not responsible for the performance of the delivery services once the order has been dispatched. In case of non-delivery or delays caused by the courier, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund for the product.

 

Customs & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees upon arrival.иThese charges are not included in the item price and are the customer’s responsibility.
